In half a day my sister stands in front of the Appeal Court of Papeete-Tahiti defending her right to return with Noah to Hungary, their country of residence. Her defence papers, - prepared and forwarded on time to a Papeete lawyer, - were not handed in to the Court until the morning of the last day before the hearing. There is no lawyer who would speak and plead for her and for her son at the court.
Thieves, rapists, murderers, other criminals have defence lawyers, have well organised defence at courts but my wonderful sister, a great friend a remarkable mother will go to court in half a day without anyone defending her against a most claver man, Mr. Lee, who managed to cheat the Bora Bora authorities, mislead the court with his falsified documents and now employs the best lawyers of Polynesia pushing strongly his interest of taking away Noah from Patri.
The Hungarian Government, - attacked heavily by Mr. Lee,- is now the only support to Patri on the spot. The Paris based Consul of Hungary is in Papeete again to show its strong backing in a case that is anything but a divorce procedure, a case that started as a marriage saving Polynesia outing turned into a criminal matter.
Our prayers go to Noah, Patri, the Consul and anyone in Paris, Bora Bora and in Hungary who supports, assists and helps Patri save her wonderful child and get back their normal life.
Wisdom and understanding should guide the deliberations of the respected judges of the Appeal Court in Papeete. They have the life of many people in their hand and the future of a most wonderful little boy, my beloved nephew, Noah, dreaming to return home to Budapest.

Patri est à la Cour d'appel de Tahiti sans avocat pour plaider en son nom
Dans une demi-journée, ma sœur se tiendra devantla Cour d'appel de Papeete-Tahiti pour défendre son droit de retour avec Noah en Hongrie, à son pays de résidence. Ses documents de défense, - préparés et transmis à temps à un avocat à Papeete, - n'ont pas été remis à la Cour jusqu'à ce matin, le jour de l'audience. Il n'y a pas d'avocat qui parle et plaide pour elle et pour son fils à la Cour.

Des voleurs, des violeurs, des assassins, des criminels ont d’avocat et de leur défense est bien organisée à la cour. Mais ma soeur merveilleuse, une amie fidèle, une mère remarquable ira devant les tribunaux en une demi-journée sans que personne ne la défende contre un homme plus rusé, M. Lee , qui a réussi à tromper les autorités de Bora Bora, tromper la Cour avec ses documents falsifiés et emploie aujourd'hui les meilleurs avocats de la Polynésie poussant fortement son intérêt d'enlever Noah de Patri.
Le gouvernement hongrois, - fortement attaqué par M. Lee, - est maintenant le seul soutien de Patri sur place. Le Consul de Hongrie basé à Paris est à Papeete à nouveau d’aider Patri dans une affaire qui n'a rien à voir avec une procédure de divorce. Il s’agit d’une affaire qui a commencé comme une tentative pour sauver leur mariage en Polynésie et qui s’est transformée en une affaire criminelle.
Nos prières vont à Noah, à Patri, au Consul et à toutes personnes à Paris, à Bora Bora et en Hongrie, qui soutient, accompagnent et aident Patri pour sauver son enfant adoré et retrouver leur vie normale.
La sagesse et la compréhension doivent guider les délibérations des juges respectés de la Cour d'appel de Papeete. Ils ont la vie de nombreuses personnes entre leurs maina et l'avenir d'un petit garçon merveilleux, mon neveu bien-aimé, Noah, qui rève de retourner chez lui à Budapest.
