Tisztelt Elnök Úr!

Mint az elzászi Kraus-Pierrek egyenes ági leszármazottja  írok Önnek, akiket több mint kétszáz éve - sebesült francia tisztek bujtatásáért - az akkori megszálló hadsereg  száműzött a birodalom keleti végébe, a magyarországi Kárpátokba. Tisztességes magyar családom azóta is büszke tettére és francia eredetére. Így nem véletlen, hogy apám a 30-as évek elején a Sorbonne jogászhallgatója volt, idősebb lányom Patrícia pedig , - a Francia Állam ösztöndíjával - kitűnő eredménnyel szerzett mester  fokozatot a Párizsi Sciances Po-n és kezdett el dolgozni a Societe Generale-nál Párizsban, majd folytatta nagy tekintélyű pénzintézetüknél Tokyoban illetve New Yorkban. Itt ismerkedett meg francia állampolgárságú, koreai származású, de japán tudatú leendő férjével, Soo IL Lee Úrral.

A házasságból 2009-ben született kisfiúk, Noah Lee és lányom Nyíri-Kovács Patrícia ma foglyok Francia Polinéziában, Bora Bora szigetén. Férje csalta őket oda magyarországi otthonukból fondorlatos módon,  csalások sorozatán keresztül , közokirat hamisítva,  - a hatóságokat is félrevezető - trükkök sorozatának segítségével. Mára,  a Lee úr pénze és helyi kapcsolatai által félrevezetett  polinéziai igazságszolgáltatás is fogolyként kezeli  magyar állampolgárságú lányomat és  magyar-francia állampolgárságú unokámat.  Az egyszerű válópernek tűnő folyamat mögött több bűncselekmény, egy sok millió eurós adócsalás és egy kitűnő anyától elvenni szándékozott kisgyermek sorsa húzódik meg, akiből az apa ráadásul nem tisztességes francia-magyar állampolgárt, hanem valamiféle japán tudatú zavaros identitású felnőttet kíván nevelni.

Amiért, - eddig már minden lehetséges fórumot megjárva ezúttal -  Köztársasági Elnök Urat zavarom levelemmel, az nem más mint a legfelsőbb politikai hatalom segítségének kérése  abban, hogy a Polinéziában joghatósággal egyébként nem rendelkező  és megmagyarázhatatlan bírósági, rendőrségi és ügyészségi események és jogi trükkök sorozatát felvonultató ügy,- Elnöki döntéssel - visszakerülhessen Európába, oda, ahol ennek az ügynek joghatósága van és ahol az igazságszolgáltatás folyamata semmivel sem befolyásolható kivéve a törvények rendelkezéseinek erejével.

Elnök Úr pozitív döntése - kormányának meghirdetett politikájával összhangban - megállíthatja  egy, a  családunkat mára teljesen szétziláló adócsalási trükk sikerre vitelét, életeket ment, továbbá  lehetővé teszi egy ma még csak négy éves kis ember tisztességes európai állampolgárrá fejlődését.

Köszönöm Önnek és munkatársainak az ügyünkre fordított idejét és azt, hogy francia őseim iránti tiszteletből is segítő szándékkal kezeli családi tragédiánkat.

Monsieur le Président respecté,

Je vous écris en tant que descendant direct des Kraus-Pierres de l'Alsace, qui ont été relégués par les armées d'occupation au fond de l'est de l'empire il y a plus de deux cent ans aux Carpates hongrois, car ils avaient caché des officiers français blessés.
Ma famille hongroise est toujours fière de cette action et de ses origines françaises. Ainsi, peut-être il n'est pas dû au hasard, que mon père était étudiant en droit à la Sorbonne au début des années trente et ma fille aînée, Patricia, boursière du Gouvernement Français, suite à ses études à Science Po de Paris avec mention excellente, a commencé à travaillé à votre prestigieuse institution financière, à la Société Générale, d'abord à Paris, puis à New York et Tokyo.

C'est dans le cadre de son travail à New York, qu'elle a rencontré son futur mari Monsieur Soo Il Lee, d'origine coréenne, de culture japonaise et de nationalité française. L'enfant issu de leur mariage, Noah Lee, né en 2009 et ma fille, Patrícia Nyíri-Kovács sont aujourd'hui prisonniers en Polynésie française, sur l'île de Bora Bora.

Son mari les a y affriolés de leur maison hongroise de façon rusée, à travers d'une série de fraude, en falsifiant des documents publiques et à l'aide des trucages trompant les autorités. Aujourd’hui les autorités polynésiennes, trompées par l'argent et le réseau local de Monsieur Lee, considèrent aussi ma fille de nationalité hongroise et mon petit-fils de nationalité franco-hongroise comme prisonniers sur leur territoire.
Derrière le processus qui semble être un divorce simple se cachent plusieurs fraudes, une fraude et evasion fiscale de plusieurs milliers d'euros et le sort d'un enfant qu'on cherche à enlever de son excellente mère et de qui le père souhaite éduquer non pas un citoyen franco-hongrois honnête mais un adulte confus d'une quelconque identité japonaise.

Je me permets de solliciter l'aide du Monsieur le Président de la République avec ma lettre – après avoir fait le tour de tout les forums possibles – afin que cette affaire dans laquelle les juridictions polynésiennes n'ont pas de compétences, puisse faire revenir – par une Décision Présidentielle – en Europe où cette affaire a de la compétence juridictionnelle et où le système et les processus juridiques ne sont strictement pas influençables, et sont fondés sur des mesures et dispositions de la loi.

La décision favorable du Monsieur le Président de la République – en accord avec la politique déclarée de son Gouvernement – est en pouvoir d'arrêter ces manœuvres lésionnaires issues des intentions de la fraude fiscale, qui bouleversent complètement notre famille, et peut sauver plusieurs vies ainsi que peut aider ce petit homme de quatre ans à devenir un citoyen européen honnête.

Je remercie infiniment à vous et à vos collaborateurs le temps consacré à notre affaire, et que vous considérez cette tragédie de famille avec sympathie, par honneur aussi de mes ancêtres français.

Je vous prie d'agréer, Monsieur le Président de la République, l'expression de toute ma gratitude et de ma très haute considération, ainsi que l'assurance de mon profond respect vers la République Française.

Court passed its decision

Court passed its decision:

During the court case, "well based" on fraud, falsification of official documents, enforced retention of two Hungarian citizens, all committed by Soo Il Lee, Patri's request to be able to return during Noah's school holidays to their Budapest home for a "visit", was rejected.

In addition she has to pay a compensation of USD 1 625 to Mr. Lee. Equal to her one month's salary.

The moral and psychological annihilation of Patri continues in which the local police takes part as well. She is followed, she is subjected to secret surveillance, she is manipulated, her life is made totally impossible. At a place where they do not belong!

Perhaps she was not exaggerating when she said to a journalist, interviewing her, "... I do not know if we will ever be able to get home alive..."

Pénteken hirdet ítéletet a bíróság Patri kérelmével kapcsolatban. Noah közel két hónapos kis-iskolás vakációjának a felét egyetlen hivatalos és valós otthonukban, Magyarországon szeretnék tölteni. Otthonukban, a vakációt, Magyarországon. Döntés pénteken, esti órákban.


...hogy minimum ennyi magyar gyerekkel "örjönghessenek"! Magyarul! Három hétig!......

Court will pass a decision on Patri's request to be allowed to spend half of the almost two months long pre-school holidays of Noah in their only registered, official home in Budapest, Hungary. The holidays, in their home in Hungary! Decision on Friday in the evening hours.

...so they can have fun for at least three weeks! With Hungarian kids! In Hungarian!.....

A Bíróság döntött:

A csalással és közokirat hamisítással, továbbá két magyar állampolgár erőszakos visszatartásával Soo Il Lee által "kellően megalapozott" kereset során elutasították Patri kényszerből beadott kérését, hogy fiával Noahval - az iskolai vakáció alatt - hazajöhessen, budapesti otthonukba, "látogatóba"!

Továbbá, kártérítésként 375 000 Ft-nak megfelelő összeget kell fizetnie Lee-nek. Egy hónapi keresetét!

Folytatódik Patri morális, pszichés megsemmisítése, melyben most már a helyi rendőrség is részt vesz. Követik, megfigyelik, manipulálják és teljességgel lehetetlenné teszik életét. Ott, ahová sem ő, sem fia nem tartoznak.

Talán nem volt túlzás amikor Patri hónapokkal ezelőtt azt mondta az őt kérdező újságírónak,"....nem tudom, hogy valaha élve hazajutunk-e innen..."

Garde alternée

Négy éves forma lehettem, amikor először vittek el óvodába. Egerben az Arany János utcaiba. Pár óra múlva elszöktem és sírva rohantam hazáig. Az első hazamenekülést még jó pár követte, mire megszoktam, hogy nem anyámmal, nagyanyámmal és a családommal vagyok. Ennek hatvan éve, de nagyon élőn belém vésődött. Ma is érzem azt a pánikot amit az otthontól való elszakadás okozott.

Noaht hetente szakítják el biztonságot és meleget adó anyjától. Ha összetalálkoznak a faluban, a kis szigeten az apánál töltendő héten, nem mehet oda Patrihoz. Tudja, betartja, csak azért, hogy anyjának nehogy baja legyen. Ilyenkor a torkot szorongató fájdalom van az arcán és kis szeme tele lesz könnyel. Nem bőg, nem hisztizik, csak annyit kérdez, hogy ".....még hány nap Anya míg jöhetek.....?". Ő így tanult meg számolni. Hetes számrendszerben.

Ebben a felnőtteket is próbára tevő helyzetben egy igazi kemény, öntudatos , és a szeretetet minden porcikájával érző, igénylő és átadni tudó, fantasztikus kis ember, igazi férfi növekedését láthatja a külső szemlélő. A sors van akit négy évesen ér utol. 

 I might have been around four when first was taken to the nursery. In Eger, close to our house. In a few hours I escaped crying and ran all the way home. The first escape was followed by several, until I got used to be away from my Mother, Granny and from my whole family. It happened sixty years ago, but it is deeply engraved in my soul. I can still sense the panic caused by the sudden separation from my home.

Noah is weekly separated from his Mom, from the security and warmth she is providing to him. When they meet in the village on this small island during the week he has to spend with his father, he cannot just run over to Mom and hug her. He knows it and he sticks to it, just not to cause all kinds of problems for Patri. In such occasions one can see a touching sadness on his little face with tears in his eyes. He does not scream, does not cry, just asks "..how many more days Mom until I can come back home to you....?". This is how he learned to count. In the septimal numeration system.

This hard and trying situation shows the observer the fast metamorphosis of this sweet little boy into a truly self conscious, loving and lovable man. Destiny can grab you even at the age of four. Happy Birthday Noah!

In the middle of the ocean...

Granpa's entry: 

Here in the middle of the ocean, thousand kilometres away from anything, the stars on the sky shine like nowhere else on Earth. One evening we went out to the terrace with Littleman to stargaze. He was interested in the Big Dipper in the Cor Leonis, and the Sothern Cross. He already well recognises Jupiter by its shine and cold colour. He is not yet four.

I explained to him, that Jupiter is the guardian of the Earth, saving us from asteroids, - from rocks speeding in space - and from comets, in one word, from all troublemakers.
Based on his interest in dinosaurs, he already well knew that after the impact of an asteroid the sunlight vanished. As a result all green on Earth disappeared, due to the dust, ash and fumes, ejected into the atmosphere, so dinosaurs died out and became extinct.

Three days after our discussion about planets, stars and space - during the evening fairy tale - Noah asked me: "...Granpaa! Why did Jupiter not save Earth from the big rock which made the caused the dinosaurs to die out...?

As I say, he is not yet four years old, - he has been tied to Polynesia for over one and a half years, - at the same time by now he should be visiting the Planetarium, the National Museum, the Zoo, he should be taken to the puppet-theatre, to the movie and I could continue. Here in Bora Bora none of these can develop his mind. He knows it too and talks about it at school to his teachers, to his friends, classmates, that one day he will be able to have it all when he is allowed to return to his home in Hungary. His words are noted by now as he became an international issue and...well,....you never know...!

Daily he asks me to promise that"... you will bring me a passport from Budapest! You will put my name in it stick my photo into it, so from Papeete with the big plain, - where we spend the night and sleep, - can fly home to Budapest!
These are the rare occasions when I have to keep silent. Partly, because I have a big knot in my throat. And partly because I am not able to promise him what he is asking for.

Az óceán közepén....

Nappapa bejegyzése: 

Itt az óceán közepén, ezer kilométerekre bármitől az ég úgy ragyog éjszaka mint sehol másutt! Szinte sütnek a csillagok. Kisemberrel kimentünk csillagot nézni. Érdekelte a Nagymedve, az Oroszlán Szíve és a Dél Keresztje. A Jupitert már fényéről és hideg színéről megismeri. Még nincs négy éves. 

Elmeséltem neki, hogy a Jupiter a föld jótevője, mert megment minket az aszteroidáktól, - a világűrben száguldó kőszikláktól, - az üstökösöktől, egyszóval mindentől ami bajt csinálhatna.

A dínók iránti érdeklődése kapcsán azt már korábbról tudta, hogy egy nagy aszteroida becsapódás miatt a légkörbe kilökődött por, hamu füst miatt eltűnt nap miatt nem maradt zöld, amit a dínoszauruszok ehettek volna és kipusztultak.
Csillagvizslatásunk után három nappal, az esti mesénél azt kérdezi Noah"...Nappapa! A Jupiter miért nem mentette meg a földet attól a sziklától ami kipusztította a dínókat?....."
Ahogy mondom, még nincs négy éves, - másfél éve, akrata ellenére Polinéziához van kötve, - ugyanakkor már vinni kellene a Planetáriumba, a Nemzeti Múzeumba, állatkertbe, moziba, bábszínházba és sorolhatnám.

Itt Bora Borán ezek egyike sem csiszolhatja agyacskáját. Ezt ő is tudja és elmondja az iskolájában a gyerekeknek, a tanárainak, hogy mindez megadatik neki egyszer, ha hazamehet Magyarországra. A szavait jegyzik,mert Noah lassan komoly nemzetközi ügy, és....hát... soha nem lehet tudni...!

Naponta akarja megígértetni velem, hogy "...ugye hozol nekem útlevelet Budapestről! Beleírod a nevemet, és a fényképemet is ragaszd bele, hogy Papeetéről a nagy repülővel, amin alszunk is, hazarepülhessek Budapestre....."
Ilyenkor csendben vagyok, nem tudok megszólalni! Részben, mert elszorul a torkom, másrészt, mert ezt nem tudom megígérni!
