The Polynesian Appeal Court maintained the judgement of the decision of the first level, which means: NOAH AND PATRI CAN NOT LEAVE POLYNESIA. They are tied to an island with which they have nothing to do, which is not their home and which will never be. Their home is Budapest, Hungary.
Husband's fraud, falsification of documents, repeated and continuous domestic abuse, child abduction, confiscation of two Hungarian citizen's passports and the obvious absence of jurisdiction meant nothing to the court. They decided everything is acceptable with the first level decision made by a judge who did not listen to Patri, who did not read her file and completely ignored hard evidence.
